Qur’anic Arabic Intermediate Level 2 (Course 5)

QA -301 is specifically designed for students who have completed QA- 101 and QA -201. Its aim is further consolidation of fundamental grammatical structures utilizing frequently occurring Quranic words so that you capable of understanding and communicating in both spoken and written Arabic.
Specialist unvowelled texts have been introduced to develop the skill of translation from Arabic into English. There will be approximately 8 contact hours per day during which 6 modules will be taught.

Intermediate 2 Course Prerequisites


1. Participants must have finied QA- 101 and QA- 201
2. Participants will be assessed prior to entry in the Qur'anic Arabic Programmes.

1. Doubled verbs
2. Verbs with hamzah
3. Verbs with weak radicals
4. Quadrilateral verbs
5. Interrogative particles and pronouns, vocative particles
6. Kaana and her sisters
6. Cardinal and ordinal numbers
7. Exception
8. Verbs of wonder and praise
9. Special uses of particles in Qur'an
10. Parables, metaphors and similes usage in Qur'an
11. Emphasis and Mode styles in Qur'an
