COVID-19 Lockdown Reflection

Good Morning Everyone. As many of you will know today is the first anniversary since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown in March 2020. We all want to remember those loved ones, friends and colleagues we have lost to it. We have launched * a campaign to collect personal stories of the individuals we have lost. In addition we encourage you or your family to donate to the National Trust to plant a tree sapling in memory of them.* There will be a minute’s silence at midday today  to remember those lost as part of a national day or remembrance.  This evening we are encouraged to stand outside our door steps in a special vigil at 8pm holding a torch, phone or candle to remember the people lost to COVID-19 – “a beacon of remembrance”      Please share this post with your family, friends and colleagues.
