A Day in the Life of Prophet Muhammed – His Life, Lessons & Legacy – a special day course with Sheikh Haytham Tamim.

Within all of us lies a longing to live a life of real purpose and meaning, like our beloved Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, who lived a rich, fulfilling and perfect life. By attending this one day course, you will have the opportunity to learn more about how the Prophet spent his days and nights. His hadith and seerah (life story) are more than just words – they are expressions of personal conduct that are designed to guide us to the very best in ourselves.

Saturday 19th November, 9:30am-6pm at the University of East London (UEL), Duncan House, Stratford E15.

Nearest tube: Stratford. Buses: 25, 86, 104, 238, 258. Pay & Display parking is available close by.

This course costs £25 for advance bookings, and £30 for tickets at the door (including materials, lunch & refreshments). Creche facilities can be made available (with CRB checked supervisors) but bookings for this must be made in advance.

This course is part of Ilm Quest, a grassroots initiative by the London East branch, in partnership with Utrujj. The course tutor, Sheikh Haytham Tamim, is the founder and primary tutor at Utrujj. He has studied Islamic law for over 20 years, and has accreditation in the interpretation and sciences of the Qur’an, hadith and fiqh from the scholars of Lebanon and Syria. He served as a lecturer of comparative jurisprudence for many years at the Islamic University of Beirut, as well as serving as a lecturer of hadith and seerah at the Azhar Lubnan Academy, Lebanon. He has also presented Islam Channel’s Islam QA.
