Open Iftaar

The Bradford ISB Branch had a stall at the Ramadan Tent Project’s ‘Open Iftar’.  The project is to help develop the knowledge, understanding and experience of Ramadan & fasting for all.

Since 2013, Open Iftar has been inviting people from all walks of life, different faith backgrounds and none, to come together to break fast, share food & engage in inspiring conversations. The Open Iftaar has hosted over 70,000 people across 10 cities and 4 continents.

There were formal speeches, free food, exciting stalls, a time to have conversations, and the Maghrib prayer was held in Centenary Square, Bradford, following the breaking of fast.
